Get ready for the spookiest nightmare market in town.  Vendors with a halloween flare, holograms, ambiance and special halloween treats and tricks on the haunted grounds of Studio 2880!  Enjoy an unearthly night out and visit this terrifying event.

This event is free to attend.  Please utilize legal street parking when you come and stroll on over.

Are you a local artisan, food maker, painter, musician, craftsperson; the creative maker of your own unique product?  Join us as a vendor and offer your goods to the masses.

Available Spaces: 

  • 10ftx10ft Outdoor Spots | Member $35, Non-Member $55 per night +gst
  • 6ftx2ft Tables Indoors (Gift Shop area-tables provided) | Member $25, Non-Member $35 per night +gst

Bring your own tent, tables, lighting and equipment for the outside spots. 

Please select a discounted member rate if you are a current community arts council member.  To get a Community Arts Council membership and save find out more at BECOME A MEMBER. 

Set up between 4pm-6pm,  spot locations are all nicely placed but not preassigned.  We will be placing you on a first come first serve basis at set up time. Guest wifi is near the main building but we recommend you stabilize your payment systems with mobile data.  Please bring your own power packs, electrical can not be provided due to overload issues.

Vendor Criteria:

  • You must be the maker of your own finished product, not a reseller.
  • Food consumption goods must be Northern Health compliant and follow all guidelines for the sale of foods at temporary markets.
  • This public market is for all ages, as such please ensure your products are suitable for a family friendly audience.
  • Safely stow your goods and secure equipment so no harm shall come to the public.

Q.  Do your inside tables have covers?

A.  Inside tables are standard fold out 6ft x 2ft tables.  Bring your own cover and set up to make it uniquely yours.

Q.  Can I plug-in equipment for electrical use?

A.  No.  An overload of power usage on this old building causes the breakers to blow.  Please supply your space with power packs and utilize off grid style gear.

Q.  Can I operate propane cooking systems?

A.  Any propane run food trucks or tents are to comply with provincial mobile food regulations.  We also need to place you 10ft from buildings per fire safety standards.
